Birth Support Includes:

• 2 prenatal visits (at your home or virtual) where we chat about your birth vision, possible birth plan, and how I can be your ultimate birth sidekick

• Continuous physical and emotional support before & during your birth whether you're in a hospital or home sweet home

• Comfort tools to help make labour a bit more manageable

• Some sweet pics! (I'm not a professional but take some great snaps!)

• Access to my personal book lending library or any other resources you may need (because knowledge is power)

• 24/7 support via phone, email, text, or WhatsApp (because questions don’t wait for office hours!)

• Baby’s first latch support if you’re breastfeeding

• A  1-hour wrap-up visit once you're home to close our time together (optional)
